As a “Quality Management Coordinator - Systems and Vendors”, you will implement and maintain the Nestlé Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015. You will lead proper implementation and maintenance of Nespresso Quality Information Systems, such as SAP QM, VAM/VAP modules, DMS and more. Additionally, you will support Contract Manufacturing and Accessories quality activities.  In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments from Nespresso, with certification bodies and with external vendors such as food contract manufacturers and non-food items suppliers. 

 

 

A Day in the Life of a Quality Management Coordinator - Systems and Vendors  

 

  • Implement and maintain a certified Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 for Nespresso HQ 
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through planning of internal audits and tracking of the corrective actions 
  • Maintain Quality Information Systems (SAP QM), develop and validate the methodologies to be deployed taking into account the inputs from stakeholders 
  • Support Nespresso factories and HQ to resolve issues related to Quality Information Systems 
  • Act as Nespresso Quality Superuser and Data Champion for SAP@HQ and participate in Market Acceptance Testing (MAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs 
  • Maintain Nespresso Document Management System (DMS), ensuring that key standards and guidelines for each HQ functions are properly approved, stored and controlled 
  • Ensure coordination of compliance to Nestle Quality Standards through maintenance of CTT  
  • Coordinate Nespresso Supplier Quality Assurance activities across product categories, ensuring Q&FS 
  • Maintain consistent implementation of Vendor Approval Processes and Vendor Audit Management (VAM/VAP SAP modules) 
  • Support implementation of Contract Manufacturing management processes powered by digital tools such as Make or Buy (SAP), License to Produce, SAP QP Notifications, VAM, IRIS, Nestlé Supplier Portal 
  • Support the development non-food items for Nestle Coffee Global Business Unit and Nespresso 
  • Ensure quality by design of new non-food items and improve quality of existing non-food items 

 

What will make you successful 

 

  • University degree in food science or equivalent 
  • Extensive experience in quality and working with quality systems in manufacturing environments 
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 
  • Good knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) module  
  • Process analysis and problem-solving skills and methodologies 
  • Proven track record of delivering results by collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication and ability to handle stakeholders at all levels 
  • Willingness to coach others and ability to deliver impactful training sessions 
  • Proficient in computer applications and software 
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
