Position Summary

To complete our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a highly talented Recruitment Partner with a passion for people. Aswell as identifying and attracting top talent, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our culture of innovation via project work.

A day in the life of...

Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels.

Manage E2E recruitment processes.

Conduct Sourcing Activities to identify the best talent in the market.

Proactively conduct talent mapping and constantly network to identify top talent for strategic positions.

Counsel and guide line managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community.

Liaise with external/internal partners.

Ensure appropriate reporting on recruitment activities.

Promote Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.

What will make you successful

 

3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry.
University degree or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and experience in using professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing, etc).
Experience in stakeholder management.
Problem solver with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Team player with a “can do“ attitude.
Previous in-house recruitment experience is considered advantageous
Fluent in English - French would be a plus.
