As a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager within our global M&A team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic corporate projects that support the long-term growth of the Nestlé Group. Leading acquisitions, divestments, joint-ventures and other high-impact initiatives, you will ensure strong governance, rigorous valuation, and effective negotiations that create value and manage risk. Working closely with Zone and SBU leadership, Market Heads and CFOs, senior management, and specialist internal and external partners, you will help turn strategic opportunities into measurable business impact on a global scale, working across categories and geographies.

How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Acquisition & Business Development Manager

• Partner with Zones and Strategic Business Units to shape M&A strategies and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes, ensuring projects follow the appropriate governance and approval requirements.
• Assess financial, strategic, and operational risks and opportunities to strengthen decision-making and negotiation positions.
• Lead negotiations on transaction agreements to optimize value and manage risk for Nestlé.
• Provide timely, clear, and decision-relevant information to senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal specialists and manage relationships with investment banks, financial advisers, accounting advisers, legal counsel, and other external partners to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  
  

What will make you successful

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions or in leading complex projects within a multinational organization, consultancy, investment bank, or financial advisory environment.
• Strong expertise in financial management, business analysis, valuation, governance, risk management, and strategic business planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, businesses, and geographies.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage, combined with flexibility, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
