Position Summary  

 

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide proactive and high-quality support to two Vice Presidents overseeing the Middle Americas and North America regions, as well as their teams.

 

A Day in the Life of a Senior Administrative Assistant

 

  • Provide efficient and timely support to two Vice Presidents and their teams by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars
  • Handle the organization and preparation of important daily, monthly & yearly meetings and events involving senior leaders; coordinate visits & workshops with Markets
  • Manage travel arrangements & process travel expenses in line with the Nestlé Policy
  • Manage administrative processes: reporting, purchase orders, etc.
  • Act as backup for other senior assistants within the Zone 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Proven experience as a Senior Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of North American and Latin American cultures
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage diverse audiences across regions.
  • Trustworthy and capable of thriving in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • Flexible and agile in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Digitally savvy with a strong command of MS Office tools and Concur
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage
