Position Summary
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high‑quality support to the Zone Europe CEO Office. You will oversee key administrative responsibilities, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Administrative Assistant
- Deliver team initiatives and projects
- Manage general administration activities with efficiency: anticipate, prioritize incoming mail and prepare meetings / information as required to ensure timely follow-up (i.e. for correspondence, presentations, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate the Leadership team meetings, special events/workshops/conferences
- Support in managing travel & process travel expenses
- Back-up of the Zone CEO Personal Assistant
- Support team initiatives and projects
- Manage content on digital platforms and contribute to innovative solutions
- Act as "super-user" for the deployment of new Nestlé solutions (IT/office tools, processes and policies)
What will make you successful
- Proven Assistant experience supporting teams and/or senior leaders, ideally within Nestlé
- Ability to anticipate & take initiative
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills
- High attention to detail; able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Sound judgement
- Dynamic, flexible & agile with can-do attitude
- Service‑oriented, openminded, and solutions‑driven
- Tech savvy, very good command of Microsoft Office, SharePoint & Concur
- Fluency in English and French
