Position Summary

 

As the Strategy Development Manager, you will provide drive and guidance to the strategic development of our business. You will engage with Nestle Markets, Strategic Business Unit Teams and with financial departments as well as external consultants.

A day in the life of a Strategy Development Manager

 

  • Develop the worldwide business strategy and support marketing group with translation into regional and local strategies
  • Track progress towards strategic targets
  • Support regional teams on the preparation of the strategic execution plans
  • Drive Portfolio performance review and recommendations on priorities going forward
  • Track and evaluate competitor's activities and developing course of action for Nestle
  • Identify opportunities for growth via market expansion and new category entries
  • Identify alternative business models for new or existing markets (licensing, JV, etc.) to accelerate profitable growth
  • Identify shortlist of Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) targets and support markets in discussions and negotiations
What will make you successful

 

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a Strategy Consulting firm
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Some experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • Strong understanding of Financial modeling
  • Fluency in English
