Position Summary  

 

For our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Management Trainee reporting to Nescafé Dolce Gusto Supply Chain Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various supply chain projects and gain hands-on experience in project management. 

 

You will work closely with the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Machines suppliers supporting them on execution of projects aimed at optimizing logistics operations, new products in the markets and driving efficiency throughout the supply chain. As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in areas such as project management, supplier relationship management, and process improvement. This experience we would like to give you the opportunity to see how the Business Project Plans are build and executed.

 

A Day in the Life of a Supply Chain Trainee

 

  • Project Management for Nescafé Dolce Gusto Machines 
  • Source to Pay Activities for Machines Assets 
  • Inventory Management for Machines Assets 
  • Implement new ways of working for Statistical Forecast for Nescafé Dolce Gusto Machines 
  • Work in close collaboration with suppliers, procurement, commercial, marketing, finance  and other supply chain colleagues

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Recent graduate with master degree ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or any related fields
  • Previous experience in supply chain and/or project management is a plus
  • Project management competences and strong organizational skills would be a plus
  • Exceptional ability to communicate ideas/point of view in a clear/concise way
  • Strong autonomy and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High expertise in Microsoft (Excel, Ppt, Microsoft planner, PoweBI)
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus. Python and SQL are a plus
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken, any other European languages would be a plus
