As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nestlé, your mission is to identify and attract the talent that enables business growth, innovation, and performance. You will make a difference by designing data-driven hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, championing diversity initiatives, and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. How you’ll make an impact as a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate attraction and selection to interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Build trusted relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners to deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and translate recruitment trends into actionable strategies.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategies and actively support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Work seamlessly across functions and time zones to create a consistent and high-quality Talent Acquisition experience.
What will make you successful
- Previous in-house or agency experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and market research.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication and facilitation skills, curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, French and German is essential.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
