As a Global Head of Digital Commerce, you will lead the Global Digital Commerce Strategy, Operations, and implementation at Nespresso Group level across all channels and Markets. 
You will enable and deliver Global Performance for Customers through all Nespresso Digital Commerce Touchpoints. You will also design & deliver Best in class Nespresso Digital Customer Experiences as well as build Digital Portfolio & Commerce Roadmap including New Services, Business Model, and Analytics to measure success.

A day in the life of a Global Head of Digital Commerce

 

  • Shape & Implement the Digital Commerce Strategy to support the Global Business Strategy (GBS), and future innovation in all things Digital Commerce
  • Design & deliver the future of Nespresso Digital Commerce experiences (both Customer & User) 
  • Evolve & develop the future of commerce businesses & customer experiences that differentiates and positions Nespresso as the Best-in-class model in the D2C industry
  • Create automated processes, improve efficiencies, and build a captivated & engaged high performing team
  • Owns E2E user journey as to relates to all things Digital Commerce
  • Builds the Digital Commerce center of excellence responsible for increasing sales & market share across online channels and accounts (pure player, marketplaces, and Omni channel Digital sales.)
  • Lead Digital Transformation across all Digital Commerce touchpoints 
  • Decision making led by Data and prioritization
  • Builds foundations that drive value for customers & markets 

What will make you successful

 

  • Business degree or sufficient experience equivalent 
  • At least 15 years’ experience in eCommerce & Digital 
  • Strong leadership skills, inspirational style 
  • Successful experience of leading & implementing Digital Strategy
  • Analytical skills to monitor & optimize Digital performance   
  • Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to drive complex change in a Matrix organization. 
  • Strong Experience in building eCommerce & Digital Commerce operations (organization, processes, guidelines).
  • Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach, agile in ways of working- Tests, learns, iterates
  • Fluent in English
