Position Summary

In this role, you will support the deployment and communication of the Nestlé eBusiness Framework/eBusiness Implementation Strategy to provide local Businesses with the right strategies, enablers, and action plans to win in eBusiness. You will ensure all markets understand the tools, processes, and capabilities they would need to assess their status, plan improvements, and accelerate eBusiness locally. You will also be leading the maintenance and evolution of the eBusiness Academy, the single most complete platform for digital capabilities in Nestle.

A day in the life of an eBusiness Operations Manager
  • Participate in organization and/or partner transformation to meet the objectives of Group's eBusiness objectives
  • Refine and constantly improve scalable & digitized versions of eBusiness assessment and deployment tools
  • Align with Zones, provide guidelines of ways of working, organizational models and action planning based on maturity levels (basic, intermediate, advanced)
  • Identify the right eBusiness capabilities to enrich learning experiences, and develop the right modules to customize courses, in eBusiness Academy
  • Launch & maintain eBusiness Framework and supporting documents within the eBusiness section of the new Marketplace, and deploy across Zones/Markets/GMBs
  • Support planning, coordination and flawless execution of eBusiness workshop delivery (both physical workshops and remote delivery) across Zones/Markets/GMBs
What will make you successful
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Sales or Trade job roles and capabilities
  • Strong knowledge on eCommerce and digital solutions
  • Strong expertise in project management
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders remotely
  • Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
