Position Summary

 

NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto is a global brand present in 80 countries and continuing to grow. Thanks to its unique technology, it is a system bringing to consumers the choice, the creativity and the quality of coffeeshops in the comfort of their home. Not only successful in retail, the brand is also developing fast in e-commerce with a webshop in 30 markets and has launched a loyalty program in 10 countries. Digital is at the heart of the brand strategy with sustainability and innovation to continue to grow in the next years coming. 

 

As a Global Digital Communication Advisor, you will contribute to reach our digital ambition, focusing on increasing our consumer lifetime value by leveraging the AARRR framework: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral and Revenue.

A day in the life of a Global Digital Communication Advisor

 

  • Develop our acquisition strategy and efficiency through all digital channels: digital communication, social media, marketing campaigns, D2C UX and UI and eContent
  • Leverage the global e-Business roadmap to the benefit of the brand and its business and ensure best-in-class web presence of the brand
  • Drive activation, retention and advocacy initiatives to increase our active consumer database and loyalty and make consumer profiling a key competitive advantage to drive NDG preference
  • Contribute to drive ROI and KPIs and increase our D2C revenue and profitability
  • Drive agencies to deliver performing digital consumer experiences (Web, App, Email, Social Media, Consumer Service)
  • Collaborate closely with our markets to drive key initiative, execute our roadmap and increase our digital efficiency
  • Inspire and initiate digital innovations to impact on brand performance and competitiveness
  • Work hand to hand with the other GBU marketing advisors and digital specialists to build a solid digital eco-system 

What will make you successful

 

  • Min. 8 years’ experience specialized in Digital with a strong marketing background
  • Extensive knowledge of digital communication and media, CMS, E-commerce, CRM including data management
  • Experience in D2C e-commerce is a must
  • Experience in developing strategies, guidelines and projects linking global initiatives to local needs and realities
  • Strong ability to understand businesses, sales and marketing processes and to translate business needs into technical solutions and systems
  • Deliver digital projects with excellence in execution and performance. With agile project management (planning, integration, improvements, roadmap), experience in advanced/innovative digital projects is a plus
  • Mastering online marketing tools, SEO, DCO, Google, social media, CMS and email marketing campaign management, etc. and easy adaptation to new ones
  • Fluent in English
