Position Summary


As an Administrative Assistant - Coffee Zone Europe you will provide high quality & proactive support to managers and teams within the regional Sales & Marketing departments, whose team members are physically based across our Z-EUR markets. 

A Day in the Life of an Administrative Assistant- Coffee Zone Europe

 

  • Manage general administration activities with efficiency to ensure timely follow-up 
  • Proactive & timely agenda management, prioritize, organize and prepare meetings with the appropriate documents for Core Leadership Team members
  • Identify, anticipate, prioritize incoming mail and prepare information required to ensure timely follow-up(i.e. correspondence, short notes, minutes; edit reports, reviews and presentations, update lists etc.)
  • Coordination of all administrative support to arriving & departing team members 
  • Plan, coordinate and prepare meetings and travel as well as manage the expense reports 
  • Coordinate budget process (PR/PO)
  • Maintain content of digital platforms and contribute to innovative solutions 
  • Act as "super-user or expert" for the deployment of new Nestlé solutions (IT/office tools, processes and policies)

What will make you successful

 

  • Confirmed experience as an Assistant in Nestlé within a comparable role, general interest in Marketing & Sales
  • Ability to work in a multinational & complex environment with multiple stakeholders and team members based in different locations
  • Flexible, open-minded with a can-do attitude
  • Able to prioritize  
  • Excellent prioritization, communication & time management skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP & Concur
  • Fluency in English - both spoken & written
