Position Summary
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Solution Analyst to join our Nestlé Baltics Operations team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by smooth end-to-end order fulfillment and claims management. You will address root-cause problems and ensure corrective actions to enhance customers’ experience.
Key Responsibilities

Demand Capture: Resolve demand capture failure exceptions promptly to ensure smooth order flow.

Order Filter: Address order filtering exceptions to meet customer requirements and align with internal teams.

Order Fulfilment: Resolve order fulfilment exceptions to meet service fulfillment measures.

Billing: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing exceptions promptly.

Returns and Refusals: Coordinate the returns and refusals process with customers and internal teams.

Claims and Deductions: Resolve exception cases to ensure correct and prompt adjustment of customer accounts.

Customer Interaction: Professionally handle customer queries and feedback to promote satisfaction.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement within the team to enhance exception management processes.
