Main duties and responsibilities
  • Development and controlling of Monthly Business Planning process;
  • Preparing of long and short term demand plan, following up on its execution;
  • Cooperating with commercial functions;
  • Communicating with producers regarding supply plan;
  • Determination of stock policies, negotiations with producers ;
  • Organizing and participating in planning meetings;
  • Preparing and analyze of demand and supply planning reports;
  • Analyze of demand and supply planning KPIs;
  • Handling products' database, master data;
  • Updating of the demand plan in the system.
Qualifications required
  • Preferable 1.5-2 years’ experience in demand or sales planning, business analytics in FMCG sector;
  • Insight with strong analytical skills & ability to convince;
  • Data analysis experience;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Understanding of business, sales and marketing processes would be highly valued;
  • Initiative, pro-active, ambitious and self-motivated;
  • Well mastered in Excel, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
  • University degree preferably in finance/economics/management.
