Do you always read the back of a package and are you curious about what it should contain? Do you think food safety and quality are important? Do you have a background in nutrition and health, food technology, or a similar field? Then this position might be something for you. Nestle Baltics Regulatory affairs department ensures that Nestlé products comply with food safety, quality, and other legal requirements.
Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist responsibilities and tasks:
- Compile information needed for stickered product regulatory sign off
- Cooperate with warehouse and sticker producer in order to have stickers produced on time
- Prepare stickering instructions for warehouse
- Maintain and update information in the Digital Database file, so that it is up to date and accessible for Sales team
- Ensure that Inter Market Supply system is updated in timely manner
- Maintain and update information in various other tracking tools (Devex, SAP labelling tool and/or other excel based tools)
- Answer consumer inquiries through a computer based solution
- Take ownership of the consumer engagement platform: maintain and update data, prepare reports for consumer line, align with Latvia and Estonia, cooperate with regional team
- Perform other routine tasks delegated by the Regulatory Affairs Specialist (if needed)
What will make YOU successful?
- Background in life science and/or legal
- Able to link with other scientific/technical discipline (nutrition, analytical chemistry)
- Experience as a trainee in industry, food industry association or governmental authorities
- Curious, pro-active, and self-motivated
- Accuracy, attention to details and thoroughness
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Lithuanian
