Position Summary:

 

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Nestlé Professional (B2B/HoReCa) positions in the Baltics market. You will build Nestlé’s reputation and relationships with customers, ensuring our policies and principles are applied in all business relationships. 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian B2B partners to deliver business objectives. 

  • Drive business relationships with direct customers and distributors, building joint business plans. 

  • Support distributors in building cooperation with key customers.

  • Seek new business development opportunities. 

  • Sell a range of Nestlé products (Confectionary, Food, Beverages) to meet sales and profit targets.

  • Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within customers and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise. 

  • Review product portfolio with customers, preparing promotional and new product proposals in close cooperation with Marketing, Category Management, Business Controlling, and Demand Planning teams.

 

What Will Make You Successful: 

 

  • 2-3 years of Key Account Management experience in the OOH sector. 

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Proactive team player with fast learning abilities. 

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). 

  • Knowledge of one of the Baltic languages (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian). 

  • Driver’s license.
