Position Summary:
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Nestlé Professional (B2B/HoReCa) positions in the Baltics market. You will build Nestlé’s reputation and relationships with customers, ensuring our policies and principles are applied in all business relationships.
Your Responsibilities:

Define and execute strategies and plans for Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian B2B partners to deliver business objectives.

Drive business relationships with direct customers and distributors, building joint business plans.
-
Support distributors in building cooperation with key customers.
-
Seek new business development opportunities.
-
Sell a range of Nestlé products (Confectionary, Food, Beverages) to meet sales and profit targets.
-
Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within customers and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise.

Review product portfolio with customers, preparing promotional and new product proposals in close cooperation with Marketing, Category Management, Business Controlling, and Demand Planning teams.
What Will Make You Successful:

2-3 years of Key Account Management experience in the OOH sector.
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-
Proactive team player with fast learning abilities.
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
-
Knowledge of one of the Baltic languages (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
-
Driver’s license.
