Main duties and responsibilities
  • Aligning sales and marketing to deliver outstanding execution plans;
  • Developing strong category analytics providing the market with key insights and facts to help improve planning and execution in the category;
  • Tailoring the category strategy to get execution plans in place with local key customers;
  • Tailoring channel plans at a local level to deliver winning strategies in key channels in the local markets;
  • Adapting shopper insights from the central team into local market activation and commissions additional research where required to fill gaps;

Coordinating Annual Planning Cycle across the business and functions.

Qualifications required
  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Customer management, Sales management or Product group management in FMCG sector;
  • Good understanding of customer behavior and customer operational capabilities;
  • Category Management and Knowledge of Market Research would be an advantage ;
  • Excellent analytical skills & thinking;
  • Project management and negotiation skills;
  • Initiative, pro-active, ambitious and self-motivated;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
  • University degree preferably in finance/economics/management.
