Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Nestlé Baltics Sales team. In this role, you will support the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, ensuring accurate data management, and optimizing internal processes for greater efficiency.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Support Specialist
Sales Administration:
- Process Sales related invoices, ensure accuracy and delivery timelines
- Collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams (Sales, Category Management, Business Controlling, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.).
Excellence, Development, Optimization:
- Being part of Commercial processes, identifying process bottlenecks and work on continuous improvement
- Contribute to new initiatives aimed at improving sales efficiency
- Being part of CRM tool development Team
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports to support decision-making
- Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight areas for improvement
Key Objectives of a Sales Support Specialist

Ensure data accuracy and management within reporting tools

Streamline communication between sales, finance, supply chain and marketing teams

Provide timely support for sales inquiries, customer service issues and order processing

Optimize administrative processes to support effective sales execution
What Will Make You Successful?

Proven ability to manage data flows and use analytical skills to gain actionable insights.

Experience with SAP and MS PBI
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and order processing, ensuring minimal errors in transactions
-
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Technical proficiency in CRM tools and other sales support software;
-
Experience in the FMCG industry or similar position will be considered as an advantage.

Proficiency in both written and spoken one of the Baltic languages and fluency in English.
