Position summary
We are looking for a strong professional to join our team as TALENT ACQUISITION AND LOCAL HR SERVICES SPECIALIST. In this role, you will ensure end-to-end recruitment process and foster efficient collaboration between stakeholders and candidates. You will identify and manage HR administration processes in alignment with employment law and internal processes and adapt it to changing legislation and internal policies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
As Talent Acquisition partner

Develop and execute recruitment strategies in Baltics

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes

Conduct sourcing activities to find top talent
-
Perform talent mapping and build networks for strategic position
As Local HR Servies Specialist

Perform HR tasks in line with employment law and internal processes
-
Maintain HR data quality in systems and documents
-
Coordinate payroll processes
-
Lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Effective Communicator: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities.

Agile Learner: High learning agility, strong common sense, proactivity, and initiative.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with TA programs (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
