We are looking for a Veterinary Ambassador to work closely with veterinary clinics & pharmacies and internal commercial teams across the Baltics. You will be responsible for supporting clinic conversions, delivering scientific education, and ensuring strong execution of Purina initiatives in the veterinary channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, longterm clinic and pharmacy partnerships by driving clinic conversion, executing customer strategies with the distributor, and strengthening product knowledge to ensure sustained recommendation and advocacy across the territory.

Drive PRO PLAN and PRO PLAN Veterinary Diets growth by expanding existing clinics, acquiring new accounts, and acting as a trusted expert in Purina veterinary nutrition in close collaboration with internal teams and the distributor.

Deliver scientific and nutritional training and represent Purina at veterinary events, seminars, and congresses, providing practical, tailored recommendations to the vet community.

Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and clinics to track performance, identify opportunities, and share field insights to support strategic planning and improvement.

Requirements:

Experience working with veterinary clinics or within the veterinary, pharmaceutical, medical, or pet nutrition industry.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including training delivery.

Excellent relationship building skills with a customer centric mindset.

Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to convert insights into actionable steps.

High level of drive, ownership, and accountability for KPIs.

Proficiency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Valid category B driving license and readiness for regular business travel.

Advantageous:

Veterinary clinic experience or veterinary related education.

Prior sales or field experience within the veterinary, pharmaceutical, pet nutrition, or related industries.

Ability to professionally represent a brand at veterinary industry events, seminars, and congresses.
