Our proposition :

 

 

The industrial production of beverages in bottles and cans should respect hygienic standards able to assure the quality of the product and the absence of any contaminant.

The dust present into the environment and in the production facilities is a potential source of contamination.
Its presence should be detected, measured, controlled. In some cases, the dust should be removed from equipment and packaging material.

The internship will take place in a Nestle’ Waters R&D Center (NPTC) in Vittel, France.
The pilot plant of the NPTC  is equipped with some testing facilities in which it is possible to study and reproduce, on a reduced scale the processes of a high-speed lines. It is in this Pilot Plant that new industrial solutions are validated before industrial application.

 

 

 

Your daily missions :

 

  • Understand

-    The context, safety and behavioural rules of operating in an industrial pilot plant or in a beverage plant.
-    Literature search and team exchange so to acquire knowledge on air quality control and dust detection/removal

 

  • Define - Run

-    Design of experiment for some Pilot Plant experiences on different industrial equipment
-    Test execution and reporting

 

  • Wrap-up

-    Present to the team the learning and test results, formalized in a R&D report
-    Recommend further R&D steps

 

 

What you need to succeed :

 

  • BAC +4/+5 Mechanical Engineering background
  • Good level of French, English and other languages would be appreciated
  • Concepts of Statistics in Experimental Design
  • Manual abilities for the mechanical set up of a testing rig, and Good analytical skills
  • Convinced that you can do your job responsibly, you're looking for a company that has made responsibility a guiding principle at every level.
