Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for  B2B Sales & Marketing Supporting Specialist with mission to: 

Enable the B2B sales channels to focus on business results by providing back-office support, supporting in business performance analyses, lead in pricing process for B2B and MV operational joband updating C4C and Nessoft.

 

In this position key responsibilities will include:

 

Provide back-office support
• Support the execution of channel related projects and events, e.g. by supporting project-related stakeholder communications
• Execute business excellence support (i.e. reporting, process and tools)
• Execute all Sales Support administrative tasks
• Support Field Sales, e.g. by implementing merchandising initiatives in the B2B Channels, both on- and offline
• Provide real-time overview of operational spend and initiate follow-up on controlling grids
• Coordinate and align all internal communications, and facilitate these processes 
• Support Third Party Management, e.g. monitor interactions and compare actual performance with pre-defined expectations,

  identifying potential problems, and suggesting   appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure quality
• Work closley with marketing team in new pricing set up process for Horeca, Office Distributor and MV Baltics
• Support BDM B2B and Commenrcial Manager Baltics in PO set up and its management; invoice tracking management
• Processing B2B distributor orders

 

Support in business performance analyses and update C4C and Nessoft
• Assist in the definition of key performance indicators for the B2B sales channels
• Collect data as input for reporting on market performance KPIs 
• Provide actionable recommendations to the direct report to drive additional sales and suggestions for the acquisition and activation strategy
• Update C4C and Nessoft for B2B

 

To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:

1-2 years in sales support/admin experience, preferably in B2B
• 1-2 years experience in a (field) sales environment, preferably in a high end luxury brand or FMCG

• Bachelor degree (HBO) in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent

• Understand The Business Environment

• Fluent English

• Results Focus

• Proactive Cooperation

• Excellent organizational skills

• Initiative
