Job scope:
- Monitor market dynamics and insights
- Co-prepare local marketing strategy and execution plans for dedicated portfolio incl. market, brand shares and financial forecast
- Implement agreed strategy, recommend the changes if needed
- In cooperation with other team members – propose and develop activities, communication and materials to have strong brand plans in place with the objective of driving brand penetration
- Own and manage marketing budget, recommend changes if required
- Contribute to global innovation strategy deployment - evaluate market potential, prepare local strategies and business cases for future launches of new product categories
- Review global initiatives and materials for their potential in local market
Candidate profile:
- Education: master degree in economics or marketing or social science or life science
- Experience in brand marketing in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare (OTC, Vitamins and Minerals, Dermocosmetics or other) - both in strategy preparation, new product launches as well as activation of current portfolio
- Consumer oriented thinking and ability to translate it into market activation
- Data orientation and familiarity with data analysis
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Initiative and can-do mindset
- Collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills
- Competency of dealing with ambiguity/changing environment
- Good knowledge of English language
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Nice to have:
- experience in working with Healthcare Professionals/Pharmacist Channels/Specialist channel where sales person reco
