Business Insights & Performance Lead
Snapshot:
- Business Partner for selected categories, supporting strategic decision-making, facilitating workshops, identifying emerging trends, and providing day-to-day business support.
- Role with no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a growth catalyst in the market, leveraging deep market knowledge to deliver actionable insights derived from consumer, shopper, customer, sales, and marketing data to support business decision-making.
- Leads consumer, shopper, and market research projects for selected categories.
- Monitors market trends, competitive activity, and business performance metrics, and synthesizes available customer, shopper, and consumer insights to support informed decision-making.
- Builds and maintains a single source of truth by integrating data across sales, market share, household penetration, and PFME effectiveness metrics.
- Delivers web and social listening insights, analytics, and reporting on brands, competitors, and customers through the application of new technologies and innovative approaches.
- Supports the identification of emerging consumer trends and market opportunities.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, insights, or market intelligence within Nestlé or another FMCG organization.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, combined with project management capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Proven expertise in consumer and shopper research, including the generation and activation of actionable insights.
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects
- Advanced proficiency in Nielsen tools, methodologies, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business change and influencing decisions through insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
