Business Unit Controller Waters

Job description:

 

  • Ensure the integrity of all business control systems and support the Division Head in the planning and implementation of cost, price and profitability policy
  • Ensure the application of economy, financial, legal and fiscal as well as all internal norms and procedures in such domains, in close cooperation with respective Corporate functionally responsible unit, where necessary and appropriate
  • KPI’s monitoring
  • Coordination of Divisional planning and revision processes
  • Analysis, follow up and cost control of the Divisional Budgets
  • Control of fixed assets and Investment Budget execution
  • Profitability product/customer analyses and recommendations
  • Preparation of the necessary management information
  • Ensure external reporting within established deadlines and in the requested form
  • Follow up of internal and external Audits, coordination and supervision of the recommended measures and actions to be implemented
  • Prepare, propose, get approval and control the budget of the cost under its responsibility
  • Manage the team assigned to its Department 
  • Propose the introduction of any changes or measures perceived as important to improvement of the business overall

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in areas of factory costs control, accounting, treasury, management accounting
  • Master’s degree in Economics/Finance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong technical skills: SAP/GLOBE, MS Office especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Nestlé standards of controlling
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and controlling
  • Good networking skills to manage internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Result focus – to ensure consistent, timely and accurate execution across the business reporting cycle
  • Open minded attitude and problem solving ability
