CEE Business Insights & Performance Specialist

    

Responsibility:

  • Growth catalyst in the market with deep knowledge of the market, responsible for providing actionable insights derived from shopper, customer (incl. retail), sales and marketing data to support immediate business decisions
  • Monitor trends, competition, analyse performance metrics in the market (e.g., RMS data) and syndicates available customer/shopper/consumer insights for business decision-making
  • Collaborate with Business Insights & Performance Lead Europe on market context
  • Leads research and shopper projects for selected categories
  • Builds one source of truth: Sales, MS, HHP, PFME effectiveness; Integrates several data sets
  • Delivers web and social insights and reporting on brands, competitors, customers through leadership on new technologies/ approaches
  • Supports the identification of new trends and business opportunities 
  • In this position you will be Business Partner for selected categories who supports strategic processes, conducts workshops, updates on trends and supports the categories on a daily basis
  • This is a position without direct reports

 

Key Experiences:

  • Al least 5+ years of experience in data analytics in Nestle or another FMCG
  • Hight analytical and data skills, project management, analysis of KPIs, ability of working in matrix
  • Expertise in the research area, development and implementation of insights
  • Master in Nielsen
  • Proven track record in driving change
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Fluent Polish and English
