CEE Consumer Experience Lead Nestle Nutrition

Main purpose of the job:

Driving the Consumer Experience (CX) strategy of Nestle Nutrition in Central and Eastern Europe, by managing, connecting and orchestrating touchpoints such as CRM, websites, social media, Search and eCommerce in the entire consumer journey.

 

Location: Warsaw

 

On this position, you will:

•    Activate & optimize the category consumer experience strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, to enhance the overall brands consumer experience,
•    Leverage the "voice of the consumer" and CX data analytics to generate consumer insights and identify opportunities to enhance consumer experience,
•    Measure the impact of consumer experience initiatives on consumer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy,
•    Foster a culture of consumer-centricity across the organization: provide training, guidance and resources to CX network,
•    Manage local vendors and agencies that contribute to the consumer experience,
•    Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, media, product development, sales, insights & analytics and consumer services, to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints,
•    Lead the Team of Consumer Experience Champions in CEE countries.

 

What will make you successful:

•    Passion for outstanding consumer satisfaction: taking pride in identifying and resolving consumer painpoints and challenges,
•    5+ years' experience in Digital marketing (social media, Search, Website, E-commerce...), preferably in FMCG or retail,
•    Extended experience in leading cross-functional projects and engaging and inspiring internal and external cross-functional teams,
•    Fluent Polish and English,
•    Experience in establishing and managing consumer feedback programs, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights and drive improvements,
•    Ability to effectively communicate complex topics and concepts to wide and diverse audiences,
•    Proactivity and courage to challenge status quo.
