We have a fantastic opportunity for a Central & Eastern Europe Transportation Team Trainee within our growing European Transport Hub team. Our Transportation Hubs have responsibility for planning and executing Nestlé’s transportation that simplifies and standardizes our European distribution processes. We are looking for you to join the team in our Central European Transport Hub in Warsaw to support in managing the relationship with transport providers, and in delivering transport in line with business needs.

• You are fluent in Polish & English

Central & Eastern Europe Transportation Team is waiting for YOU!

As part of the project, we will assign you the following tasks:

• Support in planning operations using different tools (e.g. MyRaben)
• Control daily buffer re-built in external service provider
• Communicate with our carriers to ensure smooth information flow
• Control pre-bookings for weekend deliveries
• Monitor status of deliveries to ensure on-time execution
• Identify potential issues and find solutions to maintain required service level
• Monitor standard reports and solve or escalate issues
