Commercial Development Manager Nutrition Poland
Location: Warsaw
Main purpose of the job:
To develop and deploy the Category vision, as well as Category drivers and 5P solutions which meet Shopper needs, deliver strategic objectives (NNS, margin, market shares) while providing Customers with Growth opportunities across all Channels.
Main outputs:
- Develop a deep understanding of Category dynamics and impactors (demographics, macro trends…).
- Identify & prioritize Shopper & Channel insights, enabling to complement Consumer Insights and to increase Innovation pipeline relevance.
- Design and activate winning Channel and Customer solutions (activation, communication…), connecting them with our consumer-centric marketing strategy.
- Contribute to Integrated Commercial Process (ICP) by enabling to identify Category Growth, Opportunities & Initiatives for major customers.
- Ensure a flawless execution of this Integrated Commercial Planning along the year (through monthly activities and reviews).
- Track ICP progress and quality of execution in “Monthly Business Planning” meetings.
- Embed Sustainability in Core activities and look for external partnership to increase Nestlé impact.
- Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Development team ensuring inspiration, engagement and people development.
On this position, you will:
- Connect on a weekly/daily basis with Head of Sales to co-design and execute customer plans.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Building teams and Corporate CDT team to ensure the consistency of our in-store (and e-store) experience with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with “Nestlé in the Market” Sales Revenue Management and E-business expertise centers to unlock growth opportunities.
- Be the Commercial Development Champion for Nutrition CEE representing the CEE team in European meetings.
- Provide feedback and coaching, performance review, talent management, career development, strong succession planning, hiring /selection and compensation according to HR guidelines.

- Passion for outstanding consumer satisfaction & strong belief in the power of nutrition, from pre-conception to healthy aging.
- Strong communication skills, to engage Customers with a compelling and ambitious category selling story.
- Minimum 6-year experience in Commercial Development, completed by an experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
- Solid experience in working in a matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of P&L drivers.
- Desire to win as One team (Generating Demand, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, HR, at zone and market level).
- Daring mindset, ready to challenge status quo.

- Fluent Polish and English.

- 10% of total NESTLÉ Nutrition Z-EUR.
- Central Europe: 7 countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania.
- Team: 4 direct reports (+ 2 in dotted line) in Poland.
- Product categories: Infant Formulas, Meals, Cereals, Cocoa Beverages sold across RETAIL and PHARMACY channels.
- One of key positions in the Nutrition EUR Marketing Leadership Team, shaping the brands and I/R for the Zone.
- Directly Reports to BEO Nutrition CEE.
