Country Sales Manager NHS (Nestlé Health Science)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
As the Country Sales Manager you will:
- Develop profitable business growth contributing to the business strategy in the institutional channel (hospitals, Long Term Care and Homecare) and pharmaceutical channel
- Lead NHSc medical team, driving them to successfully implement commercial and demand generation strategies aligned with Marketing strategies by providing leadership, coordination, mentoring, and empowerment to build a performance-focused and effective team
- Lead business relationships with relevant KOLs
- Pharmaceutical Wholesale Management
- Define pricing policy for institutional and pharma channels
- Define commercial strategies for all accounts
- Define promotional budget and tracking with Finance
- Perform all management tasks including comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory, expense reports
- Mentor and develop team based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Functional Competency Framework
- Deploy Sales Force Excellence initiatives
What competences are we looking for:
- Professional sales experience in the health care industry in institutional channel (tenders) and pharma channel
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- University degree completed - medical or nutrition preferred
- Action oriented, perseverance, drive for results
- Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate a compelling customer message
- High level of organizing, planning and time management skills to achieve efficiency
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Strong work ethic
- Outcome orientation and ability to prioritize
- Very good command of Polish and English
- Very good computer skills (MS Office suite)
