Customer Development Manager

Customer Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a Customer/Channel long-term strategy and business plans
  • Bringing the customer into the business by aligning company and customer plans
  • Crafting and implementing a commercial, competitive and profitable growth strategy for the channel/customer
  • Leveraging customer relations for the benefits of Nestlé
  • Designing and leading annual negotiations within the agreed framework
  • Planning and supervising implementation of annual, quarterly activities to achieve business objectives set
  • Leveraging business financial measures to optimize business decisions
  • Mapping market/category potential & using that understanding to identify channel development opportunities
  • Determining the appropriate product range / assortment, promotion plan, shopper activities for the customer / channel
  • Controlling & analyzing sales results
  • Building and developing the process of shaping Nestlé shares in customer’s sales
  • Controlling an overall operational co-operation with customers
  • Delivering sales objectives within budgets set for customer
  • Managing cross – functional team across various departments and teams, cooperation with International partners inside the organization
     

General requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading, developing and executing plans with customers – preferably in FMCG
  • Master’s degree, specialization in Economics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Developed analytical skills
  • Proven business acumen and strategic growth mindset
  • Computer skills: MS Office.
  • Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills
  • Ability to translate company goals into category priorities, strategy and directions
  • Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills
  • English and Polish  – advanced
  • Driving license cat. B
