Key responsibilities:

• Timely preparation of a long-term sales plan at the product, sales channel and customer level
• Regular monitoring of sales and updating of forecasts in the APO DP system
• Verification of the sales forecast due to business assumptions and identification of the potential threat in their implementation
• Analysis of historical data, trends, seasonality and effectiveness of promotion
• Continuous improvement of long- and short-term forecast accuracy
• Active cooperation with the Sales and Marketing team, conducting cross-functional meetings regarding sales forecasts
• Active participation in projects supporting the sales forecasting process

Our expectations:

• Higher education, economic or related education preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
• Very good knowledge of advanced demand planning processes and tools
• Able to work within an international community and across functions – team spirit
• Very good command of the English language
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word) usage skills – very good knowledge of MS Excel
• High analytical skills, accuracy, time and priorities management
• Active cooperation, conducting meetings, good communication and conflict resolution skills
• Maturity, independence and initiative
• Curious, empathetic and proactive personality
• Knowledge of SAP / APO and SAS will be an advantage
