Role & responsibilities

Leading digital initiatives and being a functional expert in digital for the division.

Your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Execute local Digital strategy in alignment with NWPL e-business plan for 2021 and develop a refreshed one for 2022 to progress with NWPL digital transformation
  • Being a strategic support for Marketing team in developing and executing effective consumer communications across digital, including quantifying and management of the budget, together with building learnings for future campaigns
  • Ensure best effectiveness via developing, updating and executing digital media strategies by active cooperation with Media House – on area of programmatic, search, social media, data strategy etc
  • Challenge the Media House on digital buying for NWPL in order to ensure best buying conditions and achieve on ambitious digital KPI's            
  • Embedding constant digital optimization based on monitoring, analysis, recommendation and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Verification of digital competences in the division and driving them proactively referring to actual market trends and Nestle guidelines
  • With support of Nestle Poland Communication Department selecting, managing and cooperation with key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms in digital area
  • Together with e-commerce lead in Sales Team leverage NWPL e-commerce to make brands discoverable, visible and appealing for online shoppers,
  • Ensure best NWPL brands visibility in digital via right combination of available tools usage, including e-sales platforms presence and improve on this against KPIs set
  • Ensure full compliance with Nestle internal digital policies & LGO guidelines
  • Represent NWPL within NIM as a digital leader, being in close cooperation with Communication Department
Key experiences:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital & Social Marketing incl. programmatic, search, social 
  • Strong experience in digital communication and/or eCommerce
  • Higher education
  • Ability to analise, interpret and react to real time trends and data
  • Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects
  • Good digital & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional virtual teams
  • English, Polish – fluent
Interpersonal competences:

 

  • Very good Project Management skills – regularity, meticulousness and timely
  • Care for timely and qualitative implementation of entrusted projects
  • Independence in action, combined with teamwork skills
  • Ability to explain complex / sophisticated terminologies, issues with plain simple language for other departments
  • Ability of both analytical & synthetical thinking / problems solving
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment and to work under time pressure
  • Pro-activity and continuous improvement mind-set
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Hands on - can do mentality
