E-Commerce Group Customer Development Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing e-commerce sales on Allegro and other 3rd party sales platforms (marketplaces and pure players) sales platforms
  • Using available marketing tools and tactics to maximize sales, SOS and products visibility throughout available placements
  • Managing promotional budget to increase ROI
  • Creating and implementing ecommerce strategies in the short and medium term tailored to specific customer groups
  • Monitoring the performance and providing insights to new directions of categories development
  • Market analysis, monitoring of competitors' activities sales trends and best market practices
  • Carrying out trade negotiations taking into account product prices and delivery terms in accordance with the company's policy
  • building and nurturing long-term relationship with customers to give a competitive advantage in the e-commerce market
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company: marketing, category development, supply chain, retail sales
  • Coaching and mentoring of e-commerce team (3 direct reports)

  • Established experience in 3rd party e-commerce management
  • Business mindset, initiative and ability to recommend solutions based on data and best market practices
  • Highly developed negotiation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of market trends to the extent that allows to build a comprehensive offer strategy in a given market segment
  • Analytical mindset, problem solving skills, can-do attitude and ability to draw conclusions based on various sources of available data
  • Team player and team builder
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong result orientation
