E-commerce Data & Insights Specialist Nespresso

In this position key responsibilities will include:

  • Executes digital performance analysis plan based on yearly activity plans and all available data solutions
  • Validates the KPIs, the measurements and owns the business case modelling
  • Executes the testing plan in adherence to digital & personalization objectives
  • Executes the personalization analysis plan and ensure its execution
  • Contributes with data and insights in building data activation & personalization use cases working with cross-functional team to execute them
  • Coordinates relevant stakeholders to ensure all digital assets are tagged and compliant with both internal and external guidelines 
  • Investigates local external best practices and submits internal improvements proposals to further enhance the global analytics, testing and insights activities/solutions
  • Build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy
  • Demystify Data & Analytics by supporting all steakeholders on leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Share insights and recommendation at market level and to the Global Community
  • Work with external research partners to complement internal analysis with external, contextual data

To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years working in eCommerce/digital Analytics or equivalent experience
  • Deep proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics required)
  • 1+ years of hands-on testing experience in an ecommerce environment
  • Experience with applying analytics tagging and validating accuracy required
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results and make recommendations to business
  • Ability to design, develop and prepare business presentations and reports to senior management
  • Familiarity with business and marketing metrics
  • Strong logical thinking capabilities
  • Good understanding of SEO / SEM, Data Protection is a plus
