Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for E-commerce E-Merchandising Specialist with mission to:

Plan and deliver both technical & commercial guidance to drive the best in class B2C & B2B customer experience and performance  of the E-Commerce channels (Website & Mobile).

Key responsibilities on the position:
  • Responsibility of the overall eCommerce site and customer journey quality ensuring consistency across assigned touchpoints & timely execution of digital content,
  • Ensure that E-Commerce Boutiques deliver the best-in-class user experience to prospects and Nespresso club members,
  • Conduct E-Commerce campaign operations (set-up, test and activate) including support of seasonal campaigns
  • Optimization and maintenance of permanent website content to achieve commercial objectives
  • Support and guide market's business & cross-functional  teams to leverage E-Commerce technologies by raising awareness on innovative tools & features,
  • Oversee digital asset management & complex HTML content to support global & local campaign activities while ensuring B2B & B2C websites are leveraging the most relevant practices,
  • Be the technical SPOC to fix HTML issues, technical implementation and in a future to develop the usage of API,
  • Leverage E-Commerce analytics insights and data, ensure optimization guidelines are followed & standards met to ensure optimization of conversion goals & objectives,
  • Drive the assessment and optimization of E-Commerce channels in the fields of search, E-Merchandising, catalog management, personalization, brand content, services & compliancy.
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:
  • 3+ years of experience in E-business,
  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital & E-Commerce activities, including Content Management Systems, Personalization & Targeting, E-Merchandising,
  • Relevant degree with strong Web knowledge and experience,
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, development experience across multiple CMS (HMC, Drupal, other),
  • Understanding of Google Analytics is a must,
  • Proven track record in delivering end to end user experiences in a digital context,
  • Advanced knowledge of digital media management & optimization,
  • Strong organizational or project management skills in an international commercial environment,
  • Experience in delivering web-ready marketing materials based on predefined specifications & creatives,
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail,
  • At ease with IT Technologies & architecture,
  • Able to work under pressure· Accuracy and reliability
  • Perfectionist, oriented on details (as a must for premium brand),
  • Confident attitude, results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded,
  • Very good command of English.
