Position Summary

The main purpose of the role is make a solid connection between Purina Category and 4 Zone Europe THUBs in order to meet expectations of the category in terms of transportation cost visibility and transparency, accurate dynamic forecast and budget preparation, execution, reporting, healthy leading KPI for finance flows and solid internal control checks to enhance internal control framework of Purina.                       

 

                                                                                                         

A Day in the Life of a Finance & Control Analyst

  • Analysis of actual cost spend, comparison vs. tendering rate, including virtual plant cost analysis spend,
  • Preparation of Budget (transport costs) and Dynamic Forecast for Purina Principal organization on monthly basis,
  • SPOT Market analysis and undertaking actions to reduce spot market costs with coordinating activities between THUB Procurement and Purina if necessary,
  • Active participation in new go life scopes in terms of review, validation and testing activities
  • Reconciliation of the shipments and ensuring all gaps identified are properly addressed to responsible stakeholders
  • Keeping the finance KPIs on track
  • Establishing the regular health checks related to purchase orders issued for Purina and vendor master data
  • Non T-hub analysis and management of the transport flows with benchmark comparison to understand potential financial synergies for movements into T-hub networks

 

 

What will make you successful:

  • University/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or a recognized Management/Accounting Certification
  • 3 years experience in controlling (prior experience in a Nestlé Market is a plus) and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
  • Desired previous work experience in costing (corporate or factory), controlling, accounting or supply chain controling
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications - in particular Excel & PowerPoint
  • Profficiency in English language is needed (other languages are a plus)
  • Highly developed analytical skills, good organization of work and attention to detail, resistance to stress / time pressure.
  • Proactivity in terms of proposing meaningful solutions based on transport data analysis
  • Advanced user of SAP transactions, BW reports, SAP Tables (if any past exeprience, very welcome), Power BI reporting
  • Ability to present to senior management stakeholders
