The HR Tech & Employee Digital Experience Communication internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the HR Tech & Employee Digital Experience team, specifically focusing on communication and adoption initiatives. Working directly with our core team based in Barcelona, you will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations worldwide. This dynamic environment ensures daily interaction and a truly global experience.

The internship responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating and distributing internal global communication materials, such as newsletter, announcements, videos, IT roadmaps.
• Support on the development and maintenance of the team’s sharepoint page
• Collaborate with the team members to gather information and create content for various Communication channels
• Assist in organizing and coordinating Team Events
• Assist in designing and editing visual materials, such as videos, presentations or infographics.
• Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of new technologies or processes within the organization.

Profile:

We are looking for an analytical mind with great communication skills, passionate about new technologies and curious how the business can benefit from our solutions.

What skills/experience we are looking for:

• You have either a business background and interest in technology or a Technical background willing to grow soft/ consulting skills.

• You have an analytical mind, and at the same time very good communication skills, you are able to explain technical details in an easy language.

• Excellent English copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with an ability to transform information into engaging content.
• Community Management through creative content creation and storytelling on the value of technology (specially with videos).

• You are self-driven, proactive, organized and attentive to details.

• You have excellent presentation skills, you are a master of PowerPoint.
• You are collaborative team player

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must.
• Graphic design and video recording & edition knowledge is a plus.
