Location: Warsaw 
Department: Supply Chain Analytics 
Reports to: Supply Chain Modelling Team Lead 

 

About the Role 

Are you passionate about optimizing inventory strategies and ensuring product availability while minimizing costs? As an Inventory Analyst, you will define optimal inventory levels for Finished Goods (FG), Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials. You’ll collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define inventory strategy in collaboration with concurrent planners and Category DSP managers. 

  • Establish and share optimal inventory levels for FG, Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials, considering demand variability and supplier lead time fluctuations. 

  • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs through optimized storage, transportation, and order quantity strategies. 

  • Segment portfolio and manage high-value items rigorously. 

  • Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Ensure inventory data quality compliance. 

  • Collaborate with planners to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions. 

  • Develop and implement inventory risk management strategies to mitigate supply  

 

Our Expectations : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics. 

  • Strong understanding of E2E supply chain planning and trade-offs between service level and cost. 

  • 2+ years in supply planning and inventory management within a multinational environment. 

  • Expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and control techniques. 

  • Ability to interact and influence internal stakeholders with integrity. 

  • Fluent in English  

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain functional areas and flows (esp. Demand and Supply Planning); 

  • Knowledge of data management / business intelligence tools; 

  • Experience in data analysis and modelling; 

  • Fluent Business English; 

  • University degree; 

  • Very good analytical skills; 

  • Initiative, goal orientation; 

  • Excellent communication skills; 

  • Knowledge of OMP is a plus.
