Junior Total Rewards Specialist

Location: Warsaw

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in annual compensation processes activities and system operation related to short-term bonus, salary budget request, annual salary review, equal pay analysis etc.
  • Conduct job evaluation and ad-hoc job grades review
  • Generate compensation and benefits reports and analysis and provide insights concerning total rewards competitiveness or cost projections
  • Conduct data quality checks
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical health care, life insurance or other benefits which includes renewals, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing vendor relationships, and preparing communication about our programs to employees.
  • Participate in Rewards projects and initiatives at local and regional level
  • Develop and update existing Total Rewards policies, procedures and regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, simplification of rewards practices and processes at local and regional level

 

Key Expectations:

  • University Degree level education or equivalent;
  • 2 to 3 + years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or Shared Services (preferably in international company);
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and provide insights due to data management.
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel;
  • Attention to detail and discipline towards deadlines;
  • Proactive cooperation and attitude, focus on looking for solutions and proposing them independently
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both in speaking and writing;
  • Experience of working with payroll reports in SAP be a strong advantage
