Position Summary:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our expanding European Transport Hub team as a Junior Transportation Analyst. The European Transportation Hubs have responsibility for planning and executing Nestlé’s transportation within Europe that simplifies and standardizes our European transportation processes. We manage the transport of intermarket flows between Nestlé‘s European factories and distribution centers, as well as inbound raw and packaging materials from our major suppliers where opportunity arise. Furthermore, the Hubs are responsible for managing all our customer deliveries.

A day in the life of Transportation Analyst:

- Create reports that reflect the logistics flows within Nestle’s European distribution network

- Design data visualizations to meet business needs

- Prepare and develop data sources for reports

- Definition and delivery of analytics tools and services that enable decision making, root cause analysis, pattern and trend identification as well as forecasting for all areas of T-Hub operations

- Support and training of report users

- Share and co-innovate with fellow transportation analysts through analytical competence networks to ensure that learnings are shared among the whole Nestlé group

What will make You successful:

- University graduate, preferred majors: econometrics / quantitative methods / logistics

- Knowledge of Power BI software and SQL Server

- Knowledge of Azure and SAP / SAP BW is welcomed

- Experience in Supply Chain is welcomed

- Very good knowledge of English

- Ability to work with large amounts of data

- Highly developed analytical skills

- Ability to organize work time
