Key Account Manager E-commerce

Join the e-Commerce Team as an e-Commerce Key Account Manager.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating, managing, and building relationships with key customers
  • Negotiating commercial terms and establishing promotional offers
  • Preparing and executing strategies and plans for key clients in the e-Commerce channel
  • Actively developing categories with customers in collaboration with the category development department
  • Planning and executing sales, budget, and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with the activation department on planning, execution, and evaluation of activations with key clients
  • Ensuring the highest quality of the digital shelf, implementing e-content
  • Executing promotional campaigns and sales actions in collaboration with partners and marketplaces
  • Sharing knowledge and building e-Commerce competencies within the organization

 

What competencies are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with documented successes
  • Experience working with international customers and marketplace platforms
  • High level of negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and independence in action
  • Ability for analytical thinking and quickly connecting facts
  • Strong result orientation and focus on sales goals
  • Reliability, excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Interest in the e-Commerce market and new sales channels
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English
  • Category B driving license
