At Nespresso, we believe that every cup of coffee can make a difference. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and support logistics operations across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehousing, transportation, product availability, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to deliver best-in-class supply chain performance

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Warehousing & Physical Logistics

  • Manage day-to-day cooperation with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
  • Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure accurate goods receipt processes.
  • Support and continuously improve warehouse operations and performance.
  • Coordinate inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Manage product and pallet flows across the market.
  • Prepare operational, logistics, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate internal order management and supplier onboarding activities.
  • Support product labeling and traceability processes.

 

Distribution & Customer Deliveries

  • Coordinate B2B, B2C, and Boutique delivery operations.
  • Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
  • Monitor delivery performance and customer service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Handle product and transportation claims.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams on new distribution services and initiatives.

 

Planning & Product Management Support

  • Support demand and supply planning activities.
  • Assist with inventory management and replenishment processes.
  • Maintain and update product master data.
  • Monitor and update product costs within supply chain systems.

 

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Supply Chain Policies.
  • Support food safety, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, procurement, import/export, or a similar supply chain role.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
