Młodszy/a Specjalista/ka ds. e-Commerce / Junior e-Commerce Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, analyze and optimize Purina visibility in partner e-shops and marketplaces
- Timely execution of digital content in cooperation with internal and external partners
- Content management and content marketing in various language versions
- Ensure adherence to globally defined guidelines
- Contribute to yearly commercial plan for e-Commerce
- Direct cooperation with the e-Commerce Managers - in the implementation of sales and development strategies for individual Customers
- Cooperate with Market Development Organization and Marketing Teams to improve online shopper purchase path together with efficient activation plan
- Conducting sales and competition analyses and monitoring KPI’s
- Monitor KPI’s and customer feedback from partner e-shops
- Monitoring reports, data, competitor activities and trends to build and update sales decisions and strategies
- Monitoring of analytical tools (Allegro Trade Analytics and others)
- Preparing analyses and reports based on analytical data and drawing conclusions based on them, regarding proposed changes in the online store and promotional campaigns
- Market and competition analysis, proposing and implementing changes in the sales model;
- Implementing actions to increase visibility, position, relevance and conversion
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:
- Min. 1 year of experience in e-Commerce
- Experience in FMCG is advantageous
- High analytical skills, use of data analysis tools, good command of MS Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Effective interpersonal skills: excellent communication, influencing skills, proactivity, innovation mindset
- Very good command of Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge about Allegro marketplace, Allegro Trade Analytics
