As a Category Channel Manager for Grocery, you will drive category growth by developing and executing strategies based on deep consumer, shopper, and customer insights. You will connect channel priorities with marketing strategies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand activation campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve category and sub-category growth targets.
- Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable 5P solutions and commercial plans.
- Coordinate collaboration between Sales and Marketing for seamless project execution and brand communication.
- Partner with key departments (marketing, logistics, finance, production planning) to optimize sales results.
- Manage and control dedicated marketing and sales budgets to support central trade activities.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in FMCG in a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Nielsen tools will be and added advantage
