Main responsibiliteis:

  • Defining strategies and plans that deliver Category/sub category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer knowledge
  • Connecting channel strategy and priorities in line with consumer marketing strategy.
  • Providinf shopper and channel insights as well as 5P solutions to the brands and transliting knowledge into strong commercialization of the brand plans and channel activation campaigns
  • Co-ordinating co-operation between Sales and Marketing departments – especially in terms of project execution, brands’ planning as well as  brands’ communication into the sales activities
  • Close cooperation with key departments affecting the sales results – marketing, logisitc, finance, field sales
  • Controlling of PFME and TTS budget dedicated to support of sales with central trade activities

 

Our expectation:

  • University Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG company in related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to get actionable insights and use them effectively
  • Category mindset
  • Results orientation
  • High level of initiative, ability to work cross-functionally
  • Great planning skills and task prioritization
  • Quick decision making
  • Creativity and structured thinking to make the best decisions and offer solutions
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the specialist PET FOOD market will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Nielsen tools will be and added advantage
