The MSL supports Nestlé Health Science medical affairs presence among healthcare professionals (HCP) through scientific trainings and education. This role is a position, involving both fieldwork and office-based tasks, aimed at executing the medical plan by establishing and developing the role of medical nutrition (two days weekly in field, Poland). 

Your responsibilities will also include disseminating knowledge about products and medical nutrition to medical representatives by identifying needs, developing and conducting training sessions and providing ongoing medical consulting in the field. Close collaboration with your supervisor, as well as the marketing and sales departments, will be essential for creating educational and promotional materials. 

 
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) you will work as a part of the cross-functional team and you will be empowered to: 

• Building a professional brand image within the HCP environment. 

• Providing HCPs education in the field of medical nutrition. 

• Expanding and giving comprehensive knowledge about entrusted portfolio among HCPs and internally. 

• Contacts with the medical community for scientific presentations and product information regarding the entrusted portfolio of the brand in cooperation with field. 
    

Main Accountabilities Include: 

• Use specific disease and product knowledge to develop Nestlé Health Science medical nutrition. 

• Answer medical questions from HCPs. 

• Provide accurate, non-promotional scientific information related to medical nutrition. 

• Continuously review and analyse scientific literature, generating summaries and critical assessments as needed. 

• Participate in the development and implementation of key medical activities (e.g. congresses, advisory boards, medical education, and peer-to-peer training activities). 

• Deliver clinical presentations and medical information as required. 

• Capture and share field insights to support medical and scientific strategy and business development. 

• Understand and leverage points in the patient journey. 
    

Key Competencies / Skills & Knowledge: 

• University degree in Dietetics, Pharmacy or in related area (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology). 

• Proactive cooperation with other teams and HCPs, initiative. 

• Public speaking and presentations skills. 

• Relations and partnership building. 

• Influence others. 

• Self-motivated and goal oriented, capable of multitasking and delivering results in a timely manner. 

• Communication skills in English. 

• Experience in omnichannel communication and digital approach.
