Position Summary

 

B2B Communication:

  • Establish and develop the B2B communication strategy of Nespresso Professional,
  • Lead digital and PR activities for Nespresso Professional,
  • Identify relevant fairs and events for Nespresso brand building and negotiate Nespresso brand presence, as well as manage execution,
  • Ensure that local B2B website is up-to-date. Liaise with International Marketing B2B for matters related to the website.

B2B Trade Marketing:

  • Develop and implement local trade marketing activities, including design and production of necessary POSM,
  • Cooperate with leading HoReCa accounts on sales & marketing projects (joint business planning),
  • Identify or organize Nespresso events with focus on lead generation (in line with business strategy).

General:

  • Be a brand guardian: supervise and strengthen the Nespresso Professional brand image,
  • Build for a long term: understand clients, competitors and market trends and take measures proactively,
  • Make an impact: Be a key marketing contact person for sales partners and B2B team,
  • Control of Nespresso Professional marketing and trade marketing budget B2B,
  • Share best practices with International peers and HQ team.
Requirements

 

  • Min. 4 years of experience in trade and event marketing with focus on B2B channel,
  • Proven track of records in area of organizing and leading events for premium brands,
  • Experience in digital marketing and social selling is a must,
  • Business Acumen (understanding of processes and enablers, drivers of Business Models & being capable to translate it into relevant Marketing Actions),
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build successful relations, both in external and internal working environment,
  • Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills,
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail,
  • Courage, independence and readiness to ask questions,
  • Excellent organizational  skills,
  • Strong ethics and integrity (transparency and trust)
  • Fluency in English is a must.
