Procurement Specialist

Location: Warsaw

 

Main responsibilities will include:  

  • Close cooperation with Global Procurement department to implement  global strategies in the local market (new suppliers, new materials)
  • Implement procurement projects and coordinate efficiently communication between Global Procurement and internal stakeholders (Quality and Application Dept).
  • Support purchase processes in line with internal procedures
  • Proactive identification and implementation of optimization opportunities and purchasing process standardization.
  • Ensure active sourcing of suppliers
  • Provide professional service and establish relations with external and internal stakeholders.

 

 

What will make You successful?  

  • Min. 2 years of experience on similar position preferably in international corporate environment
  • Initiative, goal-orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stress resistance
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Accuracy, time and priorities management
  • Higher education preferred
  • Very good English and Polish (spoken and written).
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
