Procurement Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Main responsibilities will include:
- Close cooperation with Global Procurement department to implement global strategies in the local market (new suppliers, new materials)
- Implement procurement projects and coordinate efficiently communication between Global Procurement and internal stakeholders (Quality and Application Dept).
- Support purchase processes in line with internal procedures
- Proactive identification and implementation of optimization opportunities and purchasing process standardization.
- Ensure active sourcing of suppliers
- Provide professional service and establish relations with external and internal stakeholders.
What will make You successful?
- Min. 2 years of experience on similar position preferably in international corporate environment
- Initiative, goal-orientation and problem-solving skills.
- developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stress resistance
- Multitasking capabilities
- Accuracy, time and priorities management
- Higher education preferred
- Very good English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
