Job description

 

  • Understanding, communicating and helping to implement sourcing strategies on a local level (at the market) including new or changing items/services, P2P channel management and of new suppliers
  • Carrying out the purchase processes in line with internal procedures and execute compliance with procedures by stakeholders
  • Close cooperation with global procurement department to implement global strategies, initiatives, projects in procurement area and coordinate efficiently communication flow between global procurement and internal stakeholders
  • Support in negotiating commercial / logistics conditions for the purchase of goods and services
  • Ensuring active sourcing of suppliers
  • Providing professional service and establishing relations with external and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive identification and implementation of optimization opportunities and purchasing process standardization
Skills

 

  • Higher education
  • Min. 3 years of experience on the same position in international corporate environments
  • Very good negotiations skills 
  • Proven historical negotiations results and successes achieved in Procurement area
  • Very good English (spoken and written)
  • Initiative, goal oriented, developed analytical and solving problems skills
  • Excellent developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • ERP (SAP, Ariba) system knowledge
